Getting new customers, keeping current customers. Today, you have to do both. It has been said that robust sales can hide a ton of other bad stuff, and that is really true.
If your turns aren’t what they should be, your old inventory is a little high, your staff is not the best on the block and many other failures will not be so hard to take or fix if your sales are increasing.
This session will teach you how to really earn loyalty that will keep hard won customers coming back and how to cost effectively get that stream of new customers into your running store. Although many say that if you want loyalty to buy a dog, we will give you some great ideas that do not involve purchasing a canine.
