Start by thinking of yourself and your team as Salesroom Manager and Associates not Showroom Manager and Showroom Associates. What's the difference? Your goal is selling and not just exhibiting your products and expect the customer to 'understand' them and make their choices . Yes your products have to show well, extremely well and that is why visuals are key to truly excite the customer. But then, you need to continue to excite them through sales presentations that are complete and catered to the customer's unique need. A combination of art and science, the science of selling.
